Beans, Soy: Edamame variety; maturing approximately Sept. 3

Beans, other: yellow wax and green. The varieties we grow produce slender long beans bursting with flavor. Multiple platings assure that you will get the tenderest beans throughout the season. Available from early July until hard frost.

Beets: Our beet variety produces a round, smooth deep red root that is sweet and tender, even when older.

Beet Greens: We grow a different variety of beet for their superior greens. They produce outstanding, extra-tall tops.

Broccoli: Locally grown. Available throughout the season.

Cabbage: Locally grown. Available throughout the season.

Carrots: Our carrots have excellent flavor due to years of soil care through composting and crop rotations. You'll notice the difference.

Cauliflower: Locally grown. Available throughout the season.

Corn, Ornamental & Popcorn: Used for fall decorations, these varieties are edible as well. Ornamental flint corn makes delicious cornmeal. Popcorn, after fully drying, can be popped and eaten.

Corn: Fresh sweet corn is a symbol of summer in America. Our sugar and gold varieties produce sweet, tender bicolor kernels that are bursting with flavor. Our first variety is harvested approximately the 3rd week of July. Call for availability. We have a series of plantings throughout the season, ensuring that our corn is always tender and sweet. We harvest corn many times throughout each day for ultimate freshness and high sugar content.

Cucumbers: Long, slender dark green cucumbers. An excellent slicing cucumber. Harvested daily to ensure tenderness and a small size.

Eggplant: Three varieties harvested here. Oriental, classic and Italian!

Garlic: One of our signature crops, We love garlic!

Gourds, Ornamental: Several varieties, full of color and various shapes, enhance our fall harvest.

Greens, Lettuce: Available all season. Arugula, Romaine, Butterhead, Red Leaf, Green Leaf.

Herbs: Chives, Cilantro, Lavender, Marjoram, Mint, Oregano, Parsley, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Dill, Savory, Lemon Balm, Basil.

Kale: Three varieties grown here. Harvested from mid July through late fall.

Leeks: Medium thick shanks and beautiful blue green foliage. Available August through fall. Excellent culinary addition, adding creamy texture when cooked.

Melon: Cantaloupes of 12 different varieties are harvested. Full of sweet juicy flavor. Harvested only when ready to eat, ensuring highest sugar content. Watermelon typically harvested in late August. Varieties grown for their exceptional taste.

Onion, Red: An outstanding variety combining earliness and large size. Good purple-red skin color and very well-colored interior. Sweet flavor makes it great for cooking or use in salads.

Onion, Spanish: A widely popular variety, our large, blocky, globe shaped bulbs are mild, sweet, and wonderful for all types of cooking.

Onion, Yellow: Useful for late summer through early spring cooking. Pungent flavor makes it desirable for most uses.

Peas, Shelling: Our shelling peas are available for several weeks, beginning approximately June 20th. Extra sweet & medium sized.

Peas, Snap: Our snap peas are sweet, crisp edible pods which can be shelled or stemmed and eaten whole.

Peas, Snow: Available throughout the early summer season. Call for availability. Great in salads and stir-frys.

Peppers, Sweet: Blocky, 3-4 lobed medium sized, they produce fruits from green to red, yellow, orange and purple. Peppers are sweet with a slightly fruity flavor.

Peppers, Hot: We grow mild to some of the hottest, including the popular Jalapeno, Hungarian Wax, Habanero, Ancho and Chile.

Potatoes, Kennebec: Great all-purpose potato. Useful for all cooking needs. Excellent mid-season potato, as well as winter keeper.

Potatoes, Yukon:  Widely considered to be the best all around eating potato, with a oval round shape, yellowish-buff skin with pink eyes and a light yellow, tasty, medium-dry flesh for any cooking style.

Potatoes, Red: One of the best summer varieties for early digging, and stores well. Great baked, boiled or roasted, the oblong shape is covered with smooth red skin, and has white flesh.

Pumpkins: Our fall harvest includes approximately 7,000 pumpkins, of a wide variety of sizes and types. Autumn at our farm is a great family tradition.

Radishes: Locally grown. Available throughout the summer season.

Scallions: Locally grown. Available throughout the summer.

Spinach: harvested in the cooler season of late spring through early summer. Bursting with flavor. Long stemmed variety grown, making it easier to clean.

Strawberries: With a conical shape, bright red color and bruise resistance, our strawberries possess a large fruit size , good firmness and an outstanding flavor. Our season starts early, usually about the middle of June. Be sure not to miss it! Call for availability. Pick your own as well as picked.

Squash, Winter: Acorn, Buttercup, Delicata, Kabocha, Spaghetti, Hubbard, Butternut, Turk’s Turban along with 7 other varieties. Makes a colorful fall harvest!

Squash, Summer: Rich, straight yellow fruits with a medium bulb, excellent flavor and a small size. Harvested throughout each day to ensure quality.

Swiss Chard: A beautiful, mild green. Used all season long as a steamed or sautéd vegetable. Excellent with olive oil & fresh garlic. 

Tomatoes: One of our most popular crops. We grow a specialty blend of tomato varieties conducive to organic growing and excellent flavor and texture. The flavor sells these tomatoes.

Tomatoes, Cherry: Our small cherry tomatoes are packed with more flavor than you can believe.  These fruits have a tender texture and a high sugar content.

Tomatoes, Heirloom: Brandywine, with its deep pink skin and smooth red flesh is bursting with flavor.

Zucchini: Our variety is the standard for medium green zucchini Classic slim cylindrical shape with a lustrous sheen. Harvested small for most recipes. Larger size available for stuffing and baking.
