FALL HARVEST​

 

When you visit Hudak Farm in the Autumn you'll find a bountiful daily harvest of fresh produce as long as the season permits, often extending into early October.  In addition, our stand and grounds are laden with thousands of pumpkins, winter squash, & decorative gourds.  Our cut flower garden is producing beautiful arrangements for your home.  Here are some of the highlights:

• Corn - sweet & ornamental

• Fresh greens including kale, Swiss chard, & lettuce

• Red & golden beets

• Onions, shallots, & garlic

• Tomatoes, potatoes, & beans

• Sweet & hot peppers

• Pumpkins, gourds, squash, & corn stalks

• Fresh pressed cider, cider donuts, & VT apples
