For over 45 years Hudak Farm has been dedicated to selling quality produce & flowers by maintaining the integrity of our growing methods.  We pay special attention to soil fertility and plant health, and believe that the key to good growing is caring for the soil.  By adhering to Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) growing practices, we ensure that our produce is raised to its highest potential according to these internationally recognized standards, choosing varieties that excel in flavor.  The produce that you find in our farmstand is continually harvested throughout the day to ensure that you have the freshest ingredients available.  

We follow the same approach in our greenhouses, using IPM methods to control pests and diseases without resorting to harmful chemicals.  Our herb & vegetable plants are grown using certified organic soil from Vermont Compost Company.
